Lindsay Cowdin is a Social Work Student at the University of Utah and holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology alongside Laurin Sondergaard, LMFT, and Owener of Connections Family Wellness.



Laurin is from Portland, Oregon and is the founder and owner of Connections Family Wellness.

She has specialized training in Medical Family Therapy, Child and Teen Diagnostics, Attachment, Child Play Therapy. She supported the development of multiple collaborative behavioral health/medical health clinics in Utah and is an AAMFT approved supervisor candidate. She is also a field instructor training clinicians at the University of Utah.

Laurin is passionate about providing quality mental health care, equality and excellence. Laurin offers therapy treatment for a range of concerns and demographics as well as Concierge Therapy Services upon request. Her passion is in working with women’s health, OCD, life transitions, special needs children and families, attachment connection and security promotion.
